Roebuck was found dead in his hotel room in Cape Town, South Africa. Roebuck was in South Africa covering the series between South Africa and Australia. According to reports Roebuck had been spoken to by local police on Saturday night after he returned from dinner.Roebuck was once the captain of the great Somerset county side in England.After retirement he settled in Australia and was regarded as one of the best cricket writers.The cricket world is in shock after Roebuck's sudden death.
