India News : Indian Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge has launched an SMS-based ticketing system for the common man who can't afford internet costs or a smartphone. This good news by railways is followed by a bad news for the common man. Railways reservation ticket cancellation has to be done before 48 hours from now onwards otherwise 25% of the price of the ticket will be cut from the cancelled ticket.
