In a big blow to Kanimozhi and seven others accused in the 2G spectrum allocation case, the special CBI court has dismissed their bail pleas despite CBI not opposing their bail pleas. The trial in the case will resume on November 11. During the last hearing, the CBI had preferred not to oppose Kanimozhi's bail application.
