India News: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, who is touring the flood-hit state, flew to Guptkashi where he assured survivors that all help will be given to them.
Rahul Gandhi meets U'khand flood victims & their families. When he was asked as to why didn't he visit the state during the first 2-3 days then he said he did not want the rescue work to be affected with his movement in the flood affected areas.
