J&K panel to submit report today

The three-member panel -- Dilip Padgaonkar, Radha Kumar and M M Ansari -- will submit their report focused on a 'political settlement', to Union home minister P Chidambaram this afternoon. Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah has hailed the impending report and expressed hope that the Centre will soon convene an all-party meeting to discuss it.
