Senior BJP leader L K Advani leaves delhi for Bihar to embark on 38th long Rath yatra today. Advani's 38-day public awareness campaign will cover 12,000 kilometers to mobilise public opinion on the electoral and judicial reforms, black money and scams faced by the UPA government. Advani's special rath which is a modified bus will cover around 300 km a day will be flagged off from the Sitab Diara village on the Bihar-Uttar Pradesh border.
