Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar addressed the UN General Assembly session on behalf of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani . In a speech that touched a wide-range of issues from Afghanistan to Pakistan's relations with U.S. Khar said India and Pakistan are engaged in a "substantive dialogue process" that Islamabad hoped will resolve all outstanding issues like the Kashmir dispute.
