India News: Congress who talks a lot about its initiative of RTI, becomes the first to oppose the recomendation of Center for Information Commission (CIC) that all political parties should come under RTI act.

Congress spokeperson Janardhan Devedi said, "we are totally unsatisfied with the CIC recommendation, we can't support this"
