DMK MP and 2G scam accused Kanimozhi has now tried to deflect blame for the scam. She's told a Delhi Court that it was the Prime Minister, Finance Minister and Telecom Minister's decision not to auction 2G licences. She's also said that the CAG's report of Rs 1.76 lakh crore loss in the 2G scam lacks evidenciary value as Parliament is yet to adopt it.
