2G Spectrum scam accused Shahid Balwa has hit out at the CBI. In his defence, he said CBI had let odd his powerful rivals and instead targeted DB realty and Unitech. He charged that the CBI has failed to explain the basis of pick and choose when other beneficiaries were let off.
