Norway's killer may face 21 years imprisonment

Anders Behring Breivik bombed and then shot to death 76 people in Norway. Many now ask whether the 21 year sentence which he may face is enough for carrying out the worst attack on Norway since World War 2. Others though ask if the death penalty would ever deter deranged men like him.
