The Delhi Police has filed an FIR against TRS MLA Harish Rao for assaulting an officer at Andhra Bhawan. Rao has slapped a senior official after authorities refused to allow the body of a 23-year-old into the building. The boy had committed suicide on Wednesday over the Telangana crisis.
