India News: A three-judge bench of Supreme court will today decide on the CBI director's affidavit in the Coalgate scam which clearly mentions that Law Minister Ashwani Kumar and senior PMO officials had altered the draft CBI probe report despite the apex court's ruling.

The bench comprising Justice R M Lodha, Justice Kurian Joseph and Justice Madan B. Lokur will hearthe PIL on coal scam.

CBI director has revealed that important changes have been made at the instance of Law Minister, Attorney General and officials of PMO and coal ministry.
