Ratlam: In mysterious death case of Sanjay Bhargav one more shocking fact came out recently that the collector Rajeev Dube was not happy with him and sent latter to related officer for his transfer. While talking with patrika Rajeev Dube accepted this that he sent a latter to remove Sanjay bhargav from his ground duty.
