Women group Against Anti-Rape Ordinance

There is a wide range of opinions on marital rape, due to which only one form of marital rape, has been included under the ordinance, Chidambaram said.
He said that only if the couple was separated and there was an incident of sexual intercourse that the woman complained was forced then a case of rape would be filed, he said.
