Ex-Pak cricketer Javed Miandad will be in the capital. But beyond being a former cricketer, Miandad is also now a close relative of terror kingpin Dawood Ibrahim. Which to many means he should be declared persona non grata in India. But the Indian govt that's granted him a visa believes otherwise.
On the other hand Miandad, brushed aside the impression that India was "out of bounds" for him. He questioned why anybody should be bothered about Javed Miandad in India with regard to Dawood Ibrahim?
