Sharad Yadav has self contradicted his statement that sex is one of the basic instincts of man. He in a speech said that rape is probably due to sexual urge in a man that is very normal. Later in another speech he absolitely wore another unrecognizable mask where he said rape is a crime because every girl must be treated as a daughter and touching her without her consent is crime.
