It comes as no surprise that a factory in Candiac, Quebec, is renowned for its high-quality couscous, when you consider that it’s made from durum wheat and that Canada is one of the world’s biggest producers of this particular grain. Zinda Products founder Majid Jamaleddine is proud to produce golden couscous – just like you’d find in his native Morocco.
