Independent Candidate, Kuan Chee Heng said he would be serving as both a community activist and elected representatives if he won the Semenyih by-election.He said if he won he would establish mobile teams to go around and help people out.He added that he had six ambulances and would be able to search for resources to help the community even if he did not get government resources.
