An extremely bright sundog was observed in the skies over Minnesota during winter storm Quiana yesterday (February 24).
During an icy wind near the town of Graceville, a sundog with a circumzenithal arch was seen casting a brilliant glare over a hillside, with the filmer marching to the hilltop to catch a better look at it.
The temperatures dropped immensely during the storm, with windchill reaching as low as 30 degrees below zero.
