PAS, Umno to set up joint committee to formalise ties

PAS and Umno will set up a joint committee soon aimed at formalising ties between the parties and preventing both parties from clashing in future elections.

Umno acting president Mohamad Hasan said that leaders from both parties would meet after the Semenyih by-election to form the committee.
