Queen Elizabeth II today attended a service to celebrate 100 years of the Royal Army Chaplains' Department's 'Royal' prefix. She met with veteran soldier, and double-amputee, Harry Parker who was commissioned to paint three artworks to commemorate the anniversary. Report by Thomasl.
