Delaware State Trooper Pulls Gun On Black Man During Traffic Stop

Mack Buckley posted a video online of the moment a Delaware state trooper pulled a gun on him for speeding. Buckley who is African American wrote on the Facebook post that he was 'illegally detained, arrested and kidnapped' and said the officer 'revealed himself to be racist.'
