Police rescued three boys in southern China who were blown out to sea while paddling on a foam board at the seaside.

In the video, filmed in Zhangzhou City in Fujian Province on February 13, a policeman drives a fishing boat towards the three boys sitting on a small foam board in the middle of the sea.

Since the wind and the waves were quite rough, the rescue boat had trouble approaching the children. After an hour, the three boys were all rescued successfully.

According to reports, the three boys were playing on a foam board in the shallows at first, but strong winds and rough waves blew their foam board out to sea.

After a staff member working on the wharf saw the children, he informed the police. Fortunately, the boys were not injured and were taken home by their parents.
