Russia's Ambassador to Pyeongyang says.... expers from nuclear powers should carry out the inspections of the North's nuclear sites.
Ambassador Alexander Matsegora said in an interview with Sputnik,... that experts from Russia, the U.S., and China need to verify the facilities,... because the International Atomic Energy Agency only covers the peaceful nature of nuclear facilities.
He added that Russia is highly unlikely to allow radioactive material from North Korea to enter its country,... if Pyeongyang fulfills its promise to denuclearize.
As for an expected summit between North Korea and Russia,... Matsegora said, the meeting is the number one bilateral agenda for both sides... and that the specific date and venue for the meeting will be decided soon.
