Fake Coup Scandal: Congress brushes off allegations; explosive letter's accessed by NewsX

A day after the BJP mentioned the Sunday Guardian story on plotting of a coup, now, the then army chief general V K Singh has hit back. Speaking exclusively to NewsX, general V K Singh said that he has written to the Prime Minister to look into this. He says that those behind defaming the army need to be punished.
