The young and charming celebrity of Bollywood Varun Dhawan performed at the opening inauguration of CCL 5. He rocked the stage as well as boosted the heat of the fans of him and
CCL who were anxiously waiting for the ceremony's live performance.
The Opening ceremony of CCL acquires lot of international cricketers and Indian celebrities that double the charm of Celebrity Cricket League attraction and attention goes at peak.
The opening match, of the first installment of the cricket league for celebrities, was held at Brabourne stadium in Mumbai on Saturday.
Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) is a lot of fun, especially if you watch in a group. For example, we saw Bobby Deol with a facial hair to match Anton Devcich’s. They showed a vivacious Huma Qureshi during the proceedings; and we got to know that Aftab Shivdasani imitates Wayne Parnell’s hairdo. This was what cricket was always supposed to be like. Bobby Deol ran in and bowled bouncers. Madhav Deochakke scored a 36-ball 99. And on came Suniel Shetty.
It was fun, overall. It was wholesome entertainment, with the entire Bollywood fraternity out there, including Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza, Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor, Makarand Deshpande and Sohail Khan, Gulshan Grover and Anupam Kher, etc. It made great viewing, especially the quality of cricket. It was so entertaining that a handful of channels were telecasting it live.
