Banamati is a story about black magic. Ramana Reddy is someone who's involved in the arts of black magic. For a ritual, he needs a virgin girl to sacrifice for gaining magical powers, but during the ritual he is captured by the police and sent to jail. Later, when he is released from jail he tries to kill the daughter of the people responsible for his capture. Arjun is a sincere police inspector who tries to save the girl and capture the evil sorcerer.
