ILoveMakonnen, Lil Peep & Fall Out Boy’s “I’ve Been Waiting” Explained | Song Stories

It’s now been over one year since the tragic death of rapper Lil Peep, who passed away from an accidental drug overdose in November 2017, but his legacy lives on. Recently, Peep’s label released “I’ve Been Waiting,” a collaboration with ILoveMakonnen that also features one of Peep’s favorite bands, Fall Out Boy. It’s the second Peep and Makonnen track to be released since the rapper’s death, following “Sunlight On Your Skin” last year. Both songs will appear on their upcoming collaborative project.
