Prasadam (Padmanabham) completes his LLB and is about to start his practise as a pleader but accidentally he losses his mother. Prasad had gone to his uncle's house to live there. He is in love with his uncle's daughter Shantha (Gitanjali) since childhood. But Shantha loves Rama Rao (Shoban Babu). Prasad understands their love and performs their marriage. Once Prasad meets Vijaya (Vanisri) who falls for him. When everything was running smoothly, suddenly Rama Rao is arrested in the accusation of murdering his own friend Narayan Rao (Prabhakar Reddy). This case has been taken up by Prasad. Will Prasad be able to save Rama Rao? If Rama Rao is innocent then who killed Narayan Rao, forms the rest of the story.
