Taiwanese restaurants gear up for Year of the Pig

Pig themed decorations and Chinese lanterns adorned the streets of Taiwan and Hong Kong ahead of the Year of the Pig. For the new year, some restaurants are drawing inspiration from the shape of the pig in their signature steamed buns. The Lunar New Year starts on February 5th. The pig is the twelfth sign of the Chinese zodiac and represents wealth.
