Toll plaza employee narrowly escapes bullet shot

A toll plaza employee in Nainital has complained to the police alleging that on the night January 28 , police constable from Talital police station Nainital accompanied by two other people came in a private vehicle and fired at him. He said he had a nanow escape, with bullet just whizzing past him .
The complainant Nandan Singh alleged that after firing at him, the constable later called him and threatened him not to tell about the incident to anybody. Police has started probe into the matter.
The complainant has also come up with a CCTV footage of the incident, which is getting widely circulated on the social media. The complainant alleged that the constable who was in civil dress and private vehicle asked him about the whereabouts of a particular toll plaza employee and when he told him that he was not there at that time, the constable fired at him.
