The "josh" of the treasury bench members was at an all time "high" in the Central Hall of Parliament on Thursday when President Ram Nath Kovind mentioned the surgical strikes and the Rafale fighter jets. The mention of surgical strikes was met with a thumping of desks by members including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and other senior Ministers.
