In a setback for the Ruias in the race for Essar Steel, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) rejects their bid for the insolvent company. The resolution professional will now present the ArcelorMittal plan before the NCLT for approval. Dinesh Kumar Khara, MD of State Bank of India (SBI) shared his views and outlook.
