A Chinese hotel in Hangzhou offers human ‘hotpots’ for hotpot lovers. The hotpot-inspired hot spring is covered with fruit and vegetables including lettuce, bananas, chilli peppers and apples. The hotel is aiming to promote a healthy lifestyle in the run-up to the Lunar New Year.
