North Carolina head coach Roy Williams has led the Tar Heels to three national championships (2005, 2009 and 2017) since becoming UNC’s head coach in 2004. Over his 31-year career as a head coach, Williams has developed four National Players of the Year, 17 first-team All-Americans and 28 NBA first-round draft picks. Coach Williams not only develops the best players in the world, but also helps other youth develop through basketball and accomplish greatness in other professions.
