The Tamil Nadu government's plan to construct a museum honouring the late Former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa at her Poes garden residence has hit the income tax department roadblock. This after the I-T department informed the madras high court on Thursday that the residence was under attachment for recovery of tax dues worth Rs. 16.75 crore. The locals too are up in arms against the museum as they claim that the museum would affect their safety.
