Neelam Tamil Movie | Banned Dialogues | Venkatesh Kumar G | M S Viswanathan

Venkatesh Kumar’s Neelam, which is about the Sri Lankan civil war, has been refused certification, following the censor board deeming that the film could likely affect the India-Sri Lanka relationship.

Here are the Dialogues which were banned by the CBFC.

This Film was started in 2012 with the blessings of Legendary Late. Balu Mahendra and then later in 2 years the film was canned due to threats received. Now the Filmmaker has revived the film and completed it. This Film carries the song of Legendary Singer M.S.Viswanathan which is supposed to be his last song.
