Nedumudi Venu unknowingly s a teenager and his eldest son,Mammootty, takes the blame and is sentenced. After returning his father refuses to accept him, so he moves to Madurai and is known as Pokkiri Raja. Meanwhile, Prithviraj, the youngest son, falls in love with Shriya, who is the daughter of the City Police Commissioner, Siddique. Siddique wants Prithviraj to be demise and gives the contract to Pokkiri Raja.Meanwhile, Nedumudi Venu goes to Madurai in search of his elder son who left for Madurai 10 years back and asks for his help to rescue his younger son. What follows forms the rest of the story.
