Gandhi (Jeevan) is an introverted college student, who is unable to make friends, and is often made fun of by classmates. To reach out to other people, Gandhi randomly phones people out of the phone book and speaks with them. Shanmati (Gajala) is a young college student who wants to become a pop star. But when her father threatens to stop her budding pop career, she decides to commit suicide. Just as she's about to pop the fatal pills, Gandhi calls randomly. The two get to talking, and Gandhi convinces her not to commit suicide. Without ever seeing each other, Gandhi and Shanmati fall in love over the phone.But Shanmati despise him in real life. Do the lovers ever unite?
