Thozha Movie is the story of four friends and one of them sacrifices his life for the sake of friendship. Nithin Sathya, Premgi Amaren and Vijay Vasanth are close friends. Ajay Raj, who is out to avenge the ing of his younger sister by her boyfriend, also joins these friends. Jennifer falls in love with Ajay Raj but he does not reciprocate her love. When Ajay Raj finds out the er, he vows to him. The friends get divided and the outcome of the clashes forms the crux of the story.
