UP mining case: Accused IAS B Chandrakala sumits Docs to ED, will Sand scam to rock 2019 war?

It's been almost 4 years since Allahabad High Court directed probe agencies to investigate the alleged irregularities in the allotment of sand mining licences in Hamirpur area in Uttar Pradesh but the case which has now gained momentum.is bound to become a huge political issue with the SP. Accusing the CBI of acting at the behest of the BJP since there are reports that suggest SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav may also be questioned in connection with the case. While the ED has asked IAS officer. Sasikala and SP MLC to appear in person, the officer chose to not appear in person. While the political war of words between the BJP and sp has been getting shriller, its clear the case which is gaining momentum just 100 days before Lok Sabha elections could change Uttar Pradesh arithmetic. The big question is will it impact 2019 calculations or is this as the sp says, vendetta politics and clear targetting of opposition by the BJP. Once again, agencies are caught amidst political cross fire... lets debate.
