Mangiti’s long ride to the dock in ever evolving NYS saga

Former Principal Secretary Peter Mangiti was also arrested for the second time over suspect payment clearances at the NYS and once again arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts.


He was among a bus load of persons arrested by Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission detectives on Friday in relation to tender irregularities.
