Debate on the motion to impeach Nairobi Governor Evens Kidero failed to kick off Tuesday afternoon due to lack of quorum.
Speaker Alex ole Magelo had earlier stated that the process would go on despite a court order stopping it, but was forced to adjourn the assembly after CORD MCAs failed to show up for the session.
