Kidero says National Govt owes City Hall Sh69bn in parking fees

Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero appeared before the Senate Committee on Public Accounts and Investment on Wednesday morning where he revealed that the National Government owes the County Sh69 billion in accumulated parking fees.
