Lawyer represeting Kombo in Bungoma petition shot dead

A lawyer representing Musikari Kombo in a petition challenging the election of Moses Wetangula as Bungoma Senator has been shot dead. The lawyer identified was gunned down while heading home from a meeting in Bungoma town.
Police are investigating the motive of the killing because nothing was stolen from the advocate.
