NIGERIA, Lagos : Nigeria will elect its highly powerful state governors on Tuesay April 26, although the votes in two riot-hit northern states have been postponed by two days. Residents of the teeming commercial capital, Lagos, face massive problems on a daily basis but significant signs of improvement.
