CIC mulls court action on future nominations

The Commission on the Implementation of the Constitution plans to go to the Court of Appeal to seek interpretation on how future State appointments should be undertaken.



Chairman Charles Nyachae said besides seeking the court's interpretation on provisions of the Constitution on the four controversial nominations to the offices of Chief Justice, Attorney General, Director of Public Prosecutions and Controller of Budget, it would also seek a way forward in future appointments.
