Tech Mahindra says personalisation & customisation of services is key

“Technology will continue to have a good run mainly because the consumer needs are more suited to their own needs and I do believe that personalization will drive the business,” said CP Gurnani of Tech Mahindra, adding that using data for personalisation and customization of services is key.
