There remains no sign of the light aircraft carrying new Cardiff City record signing Emiliano Sala after search and rescue teams scoured more than 1,000 square miles of the English Channel. Five aircraft and two lifeboats are hunting waters north of Alderney for the plane, which was carrying the Premier League player and one other person - believed to be the pilot - when it went off radar on Monday evening.
